At Sinner Company Clothing, we take pride in the quality of every piece we create. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.
All Sales Are Final
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for reasons including (but not limited to) sizing issues, change of mind, or incorrect items ordered.
We strongly encourage customers to review product descriptions, sizing information, and order details carefully before completing their purchase.
Defective Items – Exchange Only
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is defective, you may request an exchange under the following conditions:
Exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date.
The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
The defective product must be returned to us for inspection.
Proof of purchase is required.
If the defect is confirmed upon inspection, we will exchange the item for the same product (subject to availability). If the original item is unavailable, store credit may be issued at our discretion.
How to Submit a Defective Item Claim
To initiate a claim, please email us at Sin@SinnerCompany.com with:
Your order number
A description of the defect
Clear photos of the item showing the issue
If your claim is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
Sinner Company Clothing reserves the right to deny exchange requests that do not meet the above criteria.
